ARCHITECTURE - FEES

Consultations are charged at an hourly rate of $110, and are available by appointment during business hours, or, if necessary, on weekends. If the meeting is on site, travelling time to site one way is charged, and vehicle at RACV rates.


Architectural fees, as well as a description of the work involved in each of the required stages is provided in writing following an initial consultation. Services required by each project and each client vary.

 

Fees are based on a percentage of the building cost. Approximate costs are:
Sketch Design 2.5%
Detailed Design 2.5%
Working Drawings 2.5%
Contract Administration 2.5%


Alternatively, services may be offered at an hourly rate.

 

If the meeting is on site, travelling time is charged at hourly rate.
