We offer a full range of architectural services for new homes, additions, renovations and commercial work. We can provide consultation, concept design, planning applications, building permit and full contract documents, and contract administration.

The design process is initiated after discussions and briefing between ourselves and the client, and the project is developed through consultation with our builder, structural engineer, and anyone else who might need to be called upon.

Presentation drawings and images are made as needed to describe the design to the client, which will allow an opportunity for contemplation and feedback. We work closely with our clients and visit the site to establish the parameters which will inform the design: sun, wind, vegetation, topography, access, privacy.
